陕北老菜酥鸡的做法

做法:

1、先把鸡胸肉切成条,再加上料酒、胡椒面、盐、生粉腌好;

2、用蛋清、做饼的玉米粉和用来做调料的玉米粉,用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀,稠度是能把浆挂住鸡条,用做饼的玉米粉是为了增加鸡条的硬度;

3、第一次炸用慢火低温油炸,炸至浅黄色,再将油调至高温,再炸到金黄色即可。
