1、材料:猪肉、叉烧酱、玫瑰露酒、五香粉、蒜粒、蜜糖、油、盐、糖(少许)、生粉(少许)。

2、把猪肉切成大约1.5-2CM 厚的许多片大片,然后用刀背在猪肉的两面细剁各一遍,把猪肉剁软,以便入味;

3、用生粉和糖各少许在每片猪肉的两面涂均匀,腌片刻;

4、然后用调羹舀出叉烧酱,厚厚地涂抹在猪肉片的两面,记住,要厚厚的。用量大约是1斤 的猪肉配5 汤匙左右的叉烧酱,反正要达到把猪肉的底面都浆满叉烧酱的效果;

5、蒙上保鲜纸,放进冰箱里腌过夜;

6、去掉保鲜膜,放到烤箱托盘上(托盘涂抹一层油防止粘锅)温度选择200度左右 时间选择30分钟 一定要选择双面烤制。烤制期间分三 次拿出翻面同时刷腌料后继续烤,防止烤糊。然后可以放心去做其他事。烤制完后防烫手套或者叉子拿出烤箱可以吃了。
