烤筒骨的制作方法

1、筒骨煮熟。

2、取出筒骨备用。

3、两勺蚝油兑点温开水,稍微稀释下,将稀释好的蚝油淋在筒骨上,四周都淋一遍,腌制五分钟,再撒上孜然。

4、放入烤箱。烤箱十五分钟左右。如果用锡纸包住烤就不用稀释蚝油。
