1、姬松茸炖土鸡:提前准备原材料。原材料:干姬松茸30g、柴鸡一整只、姜3片、盐适量、枸杞子10g、米酒2g。把姬松茸枸杞子用温小水泡三十分钟清洗。枸杞子冷水泡沫清洗,生姜切成片。柴鸡整理干净清洗切片。把煲中放冷水,下柴鸡、米酒、生姜片,大火烧开,去掉白沫子(一定撇干净,那样老母鸡汤清亮)。下姬松茸。下枸杞子,大火烧开后。转文火煲两小时。放盐。再煲十多分钟就可以。

2、肉炒松茸菇:提前准备食物:松茸菇6个、五花肉100g、油适当、盐适量、小米辣4个、葱适当、姜适当、香莱适当。松茸菇用食盐水略泡,洗去表面土壤,随后再竖切割成片状。肉切割成大片状,姜蒜小米辣都切完预留。锅里放少量油,放进小肉一起爆锅。炒至小肉表面稍微变黄,出了香气,再添加姜蒜辣椒炒匀。添加适量生抽调料,我很喜欢放生抽多一点。添加松茸菇。煸炒至菇片变松,添加少量盐调料。熄火再添加适量香莱炒匀就可以。
