豉汁蒸平鱼怎么做

1、原料:平鱼4条、蒜头3瓣、豆豉1汤匙、生姜一块。

2、调料:葱粒、生抽、油。

3、平鱼洗干净,在肚子位置斜刀切开,取出内脏,清洗干净鱼肚里面的黑膜等,沥干水分后,用姜汁和盐涂遍全身;

4、洗干净豆豉后,把豆豉、蒜头、生姜一起剁成豉汁姜蒜蓉分成4份,分别铺在平鱼的身上;

5、锅里水开后,把鱼放进去大火蒸8分钟,关火后虚蒸3分钟;

6、加热小油锅,把鱼碟里的鱼汁倒进来,放进生抽和葱粒煮开,趁热淋在鱼上就可以了!
