1、扭腰:站直,双脚与肩同宽,双手做跑步姿势,双脚抓地不动,腰部向左转到最大角度,停留半分钟,在向相反方向扭动。每边60次,双边为一组,做三组。扭腰运动不仅能够健脾,对便秘,失眠都能缓解。

2、蹲马步:蹲马步相信大家都很熟悉了,在这里提醒大家注意几点,在蹲马步是上半身要保持直立,不要向前倾,也不要向后靠。其次马步不是深蹲,膝盖不能超出脚尖,时间也要把握好,不能太长,2--3分钟就可以了。
