1、首先将黄花菜置于碗中用温水泡30分钟。

2、再换冷水泡2个小时以上,期间多换几次水(2次以上),捞出清洗干净备用,可用于炒菜,打汤,火锅等。

3、如果是超市或其他无硫农家黄花菜,由于其菜质干净无药无硫,绿色无污染,只需置于碗中用温水泡15分钟左右。
