1、动作模式:初跑者跑步时应尽量减少跑步时脚步发出的声音,因为声音越大说明缓冲越差,对膝盖的损伤也就越大。

2、跑步姿态:跑步时应该尽量抬腿勾脚尖,脚和地面接触的点应该在身体重心正下方。

3、训练量:跑步的训练量增长以周为单位,每周不应该超过10%,例如本周跑量为10千米,下周跑量不能超过11千米,如果大幅度增加训练量,受伤概率非常大,应循序渐进。
