1、身体站直,双手向前撑住墙壁,手臂与身体呈垂直90度,双脚打开约30公分。

2、吸气并将右脚往后慢慢抬高,脚背与小腿保持原本站立时的角度,不可压脚背,保持上半身不动,这个时候可以感觉到臀部肌肉紧绷,停留5秒后吐气放下。

3、单边做10次后换脚,双脚交替各做3次即可。
