改良ADA脱硫基本原理:

第一阶段,在pH8.5到9.2范围内,在脱硫塔内稀碱液吸收硫化氢生成硫氢化物;

第二阶段,在液相中,硫氢化物被偏钒酸钠迅速氧化成硫,而偏钒酸钠被还原成焦钒酸钠;

第三阶段,还原性的焦钒酸钠与氧化态的ADA反应,生成还原态的ADA,而焦钒酸钠则被ADA氧化,再生成偏钒酸钠盐;

第四阶段,还原态ADA被空气中的氧氧化成氧化态的ADA,恢复了ADA的氧化性能。
