1、原料:黑芝麻粉5OO克,猪板油丁75O克,绵白糖1OOO克,水磨粉1OOO克。

2、将白糖、芝麻粉与板油丁拌匀揉透,再搓成1O克左右的小圆子,即成馅心。

3、将水磨粉加水揉透,摘成小粉团,搓圆,捏成锅子形,包入馅心,捏拢收口,成生坯。

4、将生坯放入沸水锅内煮熟。
