具体做法如下

1.羊肉切成大块,羊肉和羊骨头用清水洗净,用清水中浸泡约1小时,捞出,冲洗干净;

2.八角、大料、草果、茴香等一起用纱布包裹,制成调料袋;

3.锅中填满水,将羊肉和羊骨头放入,大火煮开,撇去浮沫,放入调料袋,转小火慢炖2到3个小时,熬至羊肉软烂,捞出调料袋,加入盐调味,待凉备用。
