1、吃点芦荟。芦荟对缓解消化不良也十分有效。芦荟中含有化合物甙、芦荟素和芦荟大黄素。

2、嚼口香糖。美国维克森林大学一项新研究发现,咀嚼口香糖可升高食道及咽部pH值,从而缓解烧心。

3、左侧卧。如果消化不良,长时间躺着会加重胃酸反流。左侧卧是夜间避免烧心的最佳睡姿,而右侧卧和仰卧都会加重烧心症状。
