1、跳绳方式不多会伤膝盖。

2、避免出现运动损伤:跳绳不要跳得太高,绳子能过去就可以了。不要用肩大幅度挥动绳子,学会用小臂及手腕的力量。应该用前脚掌起跳和落地,不要用全脚掌和脚跟着地。跳绳时间不宜过长,最长不超过两个小时。每周跳绳不应少于4次但也不可多于6次,一般至少要有一天用于休息,这样提高得更快。
