1、保持腰背部和水面的角度不要过大,一般头部与身体、大腿抬头换气时与水平面呈45度~60度。

2、换气时间太长。重做基本功。练习口吸鼻呼,上来换气就不要再吐气啦!

3、手脚同步。把握好蛙泳蹬腿时机,做到蛙泳手脚和谐配合,手伸直后再蹬腿。
