肉圆丸子制作方法

1、用料:鲜牛肉(500克)、精盐(40克)、味粉(4克)、清水(100克)、菱粉(30克)。

2、制法:将鲜牛肉切薄片,用圆形小铁槌捶烂,用清水、精盐、菱粉拌匀,打成牛肉胶。

3、用手将牛肉胶搓成丸形,放进锅中,加清水,用文火浸熟(水清,丸浮水面为准)取起,焖、炒等咸宜。
