1、酸汤是用糯米粉发酵,配以贵州当地出产的野生西红柿,经过6种工序慢慢熬制而成。

2、在热锅内放入辣椒,炒出香味。

3、加入提前酿制好的酸汤。

4、将现杀的各种鱼放入锅中,再加上1至2滴贵州当地出产的木姜子油,加热煮沸。

5、在锅中放入各种时令蔬菜。
