1、原料:白萝卜丝200克,熟鸡蛋黄粒50克,粉丝适量,清汤、料酒、盐、味精、淀粉各适量。

2、做法:白萝卜洗净,焯水后拍上淀粉,再入沸水中稍烫即捞出;粉丝烫熟,加盐、味精调味。锅置火上,放入清汤、料酒、白萝卜丝、熟鸡蛋黄粒烧开,加盐、味精调味,装盘,与粉丝拌匀即可。
