1、拱背运动

(1)预d备姿势:跪撑,抬头,背平直。

(2)动作:拱背,低头,收缩腹肌,保持姿势5秒钟,还原。反复做8次。收缩腹肌时口呼气,还原时鼻吸气。

2、体侧屈运动

(1)预备姿势:盘腿端坐,双手放在体侧地上。

(2)动作:左手向左侧方滑出,上体左侧屈,右臂上举,随之向左侧摆振,反复向左侧屈摆4次,还原。换右侧做4次。重复两遍。侧屈时臀部不动,动作要做得慢而有节奏。
