1、食材:油菜500克2人份、植物油适量、大蒜3瓣、蒸鱼豉油30克。

2、食材洗净,大蒜切末。

3、切成瓣。

4、锅加清水烧开,加少许盐,下入油菜,炒至断生捞出放冷水中投凉,沥水。

5、码在盘内,倒入蒸鱼豉油。

6、锅加油烧热,下入蒜蓉小火炒至微红。

7、浇在油菜上,完成。
