如何制作泰式酸汤火锅

材料:

新鲜大虾、鲜草菇、南姜、香茅、青柠檬、薄荷叶、香叶、红椒、鱼露、橄榄油、椰奶等。

配料:

小番茄30克、柠檬叶3片、香茅草30克、鱼露5克、椰浆50克、牛奶50克、白糖6克、黄咖喱酱40克。

操作步骤:

1、虾、草菇洗净,红椒、香茅、南姜洗净切碎,青柠檬切片;

2、起油锅,将大虾放入橄榄油中,炒至粉红色;

3、原锅加水6杯,再加1匙盐及两匙椰奶,将香茅碎、红椒碎、青柠檬片、薄荷叶及香叶放入水中,煮沸后加盖;

4、放入草菇,慢火煮3到4分钟,加入鱼露及鲜柠檬汁调味后即可。
