1、选薯清洗:选表面光滑,无病虫害,无青头,大小适中的红薯,将选好的红薯装入箩筐放人水中,把泥土、杂质洗掉,并把红薯两头削掉;

2、粉碎过滤:洗净后的红薯应及时粉碎。采用195型12匹马力柴油机带动的380型或440型打粉机,边打边加水,打得越细越好,以提高出粉率。用吊浆布过滤,要过滤2次。初次溶液对稀一些,第二次对浓一些,过滤液入池2天后,把池内水放尽,加入原来水量的三分之一搅拌,再过滤一次,将过滤液进入小池沉淀;

3、曝晒打浆:当池内全部澄清,把水排尽,取出表层油粉后,把下层淀粉取出吊成粉砣,放在晒场上曝晒。当粉砣内水分蒸发一半时,把粉砣切成若干份曝晒。晒场设在背风向阳的地方,以防灰尘污染。将500克淀粉加100克金利源,掺冷水,放入盆内。盆放人锅内煮沸,不断搅拌,成熟度达八九成即可。打成的浆糊,可兑20公斤淀粉面;

4、漏丝晒干即可。
