1、推手俯卧撑,锻炼部位:胸肌和肱二头肌,锻炼方法:趴在地上,用脚尖撑地,然后用手撑起身体,呈直线姿势后,再爬到地上,重复20次起。

2、燕儿飞,锻炼部位:后背、肩膀、臀部以及腰腹,锻炼方法:面朝下趴在地上,上半身和腿部都向天花板抬起,用腹部在地面上支撑。收紧你的核心肌肉群,然后双手前后运动。

3、改良仰卧起坐,锻炼部位:核心肌肉群,锻炼方法:平躺在地上,双手双脚自然分开,身体立起,用右手勾住左脚,两边反复交替。以20个为一组。
