绿蒜快速腌制方法

1、用料:紫皮蒜7头、米醋3/4瓶;

2、做法:把紫皮蒜去皮后用水洗干净,放阴凉处控干水份;再取一个干净无水无油的玻璃容器,把装3/4蒜装进去;加米醋至瓶口。然后盖紧盖放在阴凉且能见到阳光的地方,大概半个月到一个月就好了。
