烤猪骨制作方法

1、猪脆骨洗净泡水2小时中间换水。

2、凉水下锅焯开后捞出控水备用。

3、热锅凉油下一炒勺辣豆瓣酱,放入控好水的猪脆骨翻炒。

4、翻炒均匀,后加水炖20分钟。

5、20分钟后大火收汤,撒入孜然几粒小茴香翻炒。

6、孜然味出来后就可以出锅了。
