1、原料:小米75g、牛奶50g、色拉油35g、蛋黄3个、蛋白3个、红糖40g;

2、首先用破壁机,将小米打成细腻的粉末;

3=然后在碗里加入牛奶、色拉油,搅拌成乳膏状,将乳化液倒入蛋黄中,小米粉过筛,加入蛋黄液中;

4、蛋清加柠檬汁,分三次加入红糖进行打发,打发至湿性偏干状态即可;

5、接下来将蛋白霜和蛋黄糊混合,倒入锅中,用保鲜膜封住;

6、最后放入烤箱中,蒸汽模式30分钟,然后关机焖5分钟即可。
