豆浆火锅汤底的做法和配方

1、准备材料:干黄豆25克、1饮用水1000g、盐适量、排骨250克、2饮用水1200g;

2、排骨加1200克水倒入少许料酒煮开,捞去浮末,继续煮20分钟左右,高汤就做好了;

3、黄豆淘洗干净放入豆浆机桶里,水箱提前加入1000克左右纯净水,盖上盖,连接电源,点击干豆功能键,打豆浆,浓郁的豆浆制作完成;

4、豆浆过滤一下倒入排骨汤里,根据个人口感适量添加盐调味即可。
