原味卤肉制作方法

1、将猪肉洗净,切成大块:放入开水中烫后捞出洗净,放入锅内。

2、将红米、桂皮、茴香、葱、姜用洁净白布包好,放入猪肉锅内,加清汤,用旺火烧开,再用温火,加精盐、料酒、酱油、白糖卤,透捞出,冷却后切薄片,放入盆内,淋上麻油即成。
