投篮要让下肢充分发力首先要压低重心,力量从脚部到腿到臀向上传递,把自己想像成一个弹簧,重心提高的同时举球,出手一气呵成。一般正确的标准投篮姿势,是持球时右手为主,左手为辅。右手手掌托好求,五指自然分开。腋窝处、肘部内侧、右手背和小臂交接处都要成直角或接近直角。左手稍微用力放在篮球侧面,保证篮球平稳。身体要站稳,两脚自然分开与肩同宽,身体不要歪斜。
