1、原料:鲜墨鱼、韭菜各适量,鲜姜丝、精盐、鸡精,胡椒粉绍酒、米醋、酱油水淀粉、香油、色拉油名适量。

2、将墨鱼洗净,切成粗丝韭菜先净,切成粗来备用。

3、坐锅点火加入少许底油烧热,先下入姜丝编出香味,再添入适量清水,然后加如绍酒,精盐酱油、鸡精,胡椒粉米醋调味,烧开后放入墨鱼丝,用水淀粉勾芡,再放入韭菜未,淋入香油即可。
