1、新鲜子姜约2500克,一等老盐水约2500克,鲜小红辣椒约150克,食盐约120克,红糖约25克,白酒50克,香料包1个。

2、把能够密封的容器清洗干净,一定要保证没有油星;

3、倒进凉白开和盐,充分化开;

4、姜去皮洗净,晾干表面的水分,放进盐水里;

5、再加蒜瓣、红尖椒、白酒,然后把容器密封好,一周后即可捞出食用。
