1、酱爆豉油虾的用料:鲜虾500g、蒜泥50g、料酒若干、酱油少许、蚝油若干、白糖少许、盐少许。

2、新鲜虾,洗净,后背开一刀,剔出虾线。

3、平底锅将油烧热,放入生姜蒜泥爆香。

4、将虾放入平底锅,两面煎金黄色。

5、将料酒、蚝油、糖、盐等搅拌成汁,淋到煎好的大虾上,加少许水,翻炒,收汁。
