1、主料:梨600克。

2、辅料:杏仁20克。

3、调料:冰糖30克。雪梨洗净,留皮去核,切成滚刀块;

4、杏仁洗净,沥干;

5、锅放在火上,加入适量清水,下入雪梨、杏仁及冰糖,盖严;

6、先用旺火煮3~5分钟,再转用文火煮1小时,盛入碗中,晾凉后即成。
