柑饼的制作方法

主料:橘子。辅料:白糖。把橘子皮划分六瓣,不要切到果肉。将划分好的橘子放置开水中煮三分钟。煮好后放入冷水中浸泡三天,每天换一次水。取出再放入糖水中,不断搅动。用锅铲压扁后切开,分成小块即可。
