糊羹制作方法

1、两条黄鱼洗干净后去头。

2、用盐料酒腌制2小时后。

3、切葱、生姜蒸8分钟后取出剔去刺,把鱼肉撕碎。

4、小锅子添水,水开后丢生姜片、葱段,放适量盐、配料和鱼肉。

5、水开后加适量水淀粉,烧开后,淋入蛋掖,撒胡椒粉,捞出生姜片、葱段即可盛出,最后撒点香菜,滴个麻油。
