1、原料:排骨、花甲、姜、葱、蒜、盐、枸杞。

2、花甲清洗干净。排骨用葱姜蒜爆香翻炒变色。

3、放水没过排骨。水开后把排骨放到高压锅压半小时。

4、把排骨连汤带肉重新倒入锅中烧开,放入花甲和枸杞。

5、煮至花甲开口即可。花甲本身有咸味,酌情放盐。
