可以,依据《企业职工奖惩条例》的规定,由用人单位提出与无正当理由旷工的职工终止劳动关系的一种处理方式。除名的条件是:

1、职工经常旷工没有正当理由;

2、经批评教育无效;

3、达到规定的旷工天数,即连续旷工时间超过15天,或者1年以内累计旷工时间超过30天。
