1、鸡半只洗净。

2、先将鸡冷水下锅至水开,然后去掉浮沫,洗干净。

3、再将水烧开至7成,放入洗净的鸡,加入盐,黄酒至鸡断生即可。大概15分钟时间。

4、放入冷开水中凉透。

5、外面涂上麻油,切成小块,准备姜蒜蓉,葱末,盐搅拌好,碼在鸡块上。(也可用热油从鸡上淋下会更香哟)。
