黑糖粘米粉发糕的做法和配方

1、准备材料:粘米粉200g、牛奶150g、黑糖20g、酵母5g、清水80g、蔓越莓少许;

2、清水放入微波炉高火20秒,加入20g黑糖,搅拌至溶化,加入5g酵母,搅匀后静置5分钟;

3、准备好粘米粉和牛奶,酵母水倒入粘米粉中,再将150g牛奶倒入,然后搅拌均匀,成为比较稀的米粉糊;

4、取一蛋糕模具,将米粉糊倒入;

5、蒸锅放在煤气炉上,锅中放入温水,将蛋糕模具放入,盖上盖子,静置40分钟左右,至米粉糊发酵至原来的2倍大;

6、然后在表面撒上一些蔓越莓,水开后转中小火15分钟左右。

7、取出晾凉,脱模即可。
