1、主料:梅子50克,鲜百合150克;调料:冰糖200克,糖桂花15克。

2、将百合入笼中蒸透,取出滗去水待用;青梅切开

3、锅置中火上,加入400克清水,放入冰糖、桂花,待糖化汁浓时加入百合、青梅,待青梅、百合漂浮于汤面时,出锅装入汤碗内即可。
