1、首先,面壁站立,右脚削左脚后,右脚跟应放在左脚脚趾前30—45cm处。

2、双手手掌平贴墙壁。右膝弯曲,左脚几乎打直。臀部缓缓向前推,直到小腿或左腿有拉紧的感觉为止。保持此姿势15—30秒。

3、然后略弯起左脚,但左脚跟不离地,拉紧左脚的腱。另一脚重复此动作,长期坚持即可达到减肥的效果。
