在家练竖叉的方法是首先需要做热身运动,在操场上跑跑步,先活动活动腿部等身体各个部位,找一处有横杆的地方,试着身体向下压,一次比一次压得狠,慢慢地将韧带拉开,练习一个星期左右,就可以做竖叉了。

竖叉是指腿前后分开成一字形,双手撑地,上身正直,而后努力使身体向下振压,至两腿前后分开至一条线坐于地下。主要用来练习大腿前后侧和髋部柔韧性。
