主料:猪头1个、干豆腐600克。

辅料:桂皮1个、花椒一朵、盐适量、红烧酱油。

制作方法:

1、烀好猪头肉,最好烂至脱骨;

2、切成碎块;

3、取一小盆,一块干净纱布;

4、把纱布平铺在小盆里,切好的碎肉放在里面;

5、用纱布包好碎肉,上面放一小盘,直径要小与小盆,上面用重物压上。
