1、后转体双脚分开与肩同宽,吸气时,双臂上举,呼气时左手落在右肩,右手从身后落在左侧腰边,同时尽量向右侧转动上身,眼睛向后看。再次吸气手臂上举,呼气的时候另一边转体。左右各做6次然后复原。

2、俯卧转身俯卧,双手放在胸前两侧,缓缓撑起上半身,脚尖点地,头慢慢从右侧向后看,注视自己的左脚跟,保持数秒,转向另一侧做这个动作。左右各做6次。

3、在左脚跟上,慢慢向右侧扭头,带动上身一起向后转动,眼睛向后看,保持几秒,然后换另一侧进行同样动作。左右各做6次。
