三腊合蒸的做法和配方

1、食材:腊鸡肉200克,腊鱼200克,腊猪肉200克,熟猪油50克,肉清汤5克,味精1克,干红椒3只。

2、将腊鸡去粗骨,腊肉去皮,腊鱼去鳞,切成3厘米长、6毫米宽、2毫米厚的长形条、片。

3、用碗将腊鸡、腊肉、腊鱼分三方扣好,放入适量的猪油、肉清汤、味精、豆鼓、干椒末、亦可装入蒸笼,约蒸1小时,吃时将碗翻倒在另一只盘内。
