烧肚条步骤

1、主料:猪肚500克、芹菜100克。

2、辅料:油1勺、盐6克、葱姜蒜适量、料酒1勺。做法:把猪肚切条。

3、热油,放入蒜瓣炸香捞出备用。锅留底油。炒香葱姜,放入芹菜煸炒。

4、放入肚条旺火,烹入料酒。加盐调味翻炒均匀。

5、加入备用的熟蒜,炒匀即可关火。出锅装盘,即可上桌。
