1、猫式。双膝下跪,将双手放在体前,四肢撑地,张开手掌。像猫伸懒腰一样拱起背部,拉伸背部肌肉。

2、英雄式。弯曲小腿,脚掌心向上,坐在双膝上。双腿尽量并紧,确保双脚大拇指距离身体不超过30厘米。双手放于膝盖。英雄式在拉伸背部肌肉的同时,还可以放松腿部肌肉

3、猫狗式。在猫狗式中,先用四肢支撑身体,拱起背部,低头,完成猫式。再缓缓地将脊背凹陷,头上仰,完成整个动作。这个动作能增强背部柔韧性,减轻背部疼痛。每个动作保持至少5秒钟

4、半眼镜蛇式。俯卧在垫子,弯曲手肘,手掌撑地。用手臂的力量轻轻撑起上半身,直至胸部离开地面。
