2、食疗。比如食用赤小豆、薏苡仁等利水食物,同时注意清淡饮食,少吃或不吃肥肉、坚果、奶油等助湿生痰的食物,以及生姜、大蒜、胡椒等辛辣及热性食物。

3、日常注意适当锻炼,抬高身体免疫力。由于湿气比较缠绵,不能一蹴而就,临床治疗时也不要急功近利,盲目治疗。
