1、水中憋气:手扶池边、同伴或教练的手蹲下,使头没入水中练习憋气,若干时间后站起,进而不需保护自行练习。憋气时间越长越好。若头部感到不适,既应终止练习,以免引起伤害。

2、水中吐气:手扶池壁或同伴的手蹲下,将头没入水中,再徐徐的以口(鼻)吐气,最好单独用鼻吐气。一段时间后缓缓站起。在水中吐气时间越长越好,注意:吐气不可断断续续的间歇吐气。
