1、食材:

黄油80克、全脂奶粉30克、低筋面粉175克、糖粉35克、蛋黄3个、葡萄干30克。

2、做法:

(1)葡萄干温水泡20分钟后沥干水分;

(2)黄油放室温融化为膏状,手指可按压的状态;

(3)加入糖粉/白砂糖打发,打发至发白的状态;

(4)三个蛋黄分次加入打发;

(5)筛入低筋面粉和奶粉;

(6)加入泡好的葡萄干;

(7)揉成一团;

(8)分成一个个小团后搓成圆形;

(9)用大拇指在中间压一下;

(10)烤箱160°烤20分钟即可;

(11)又奶又酥的奶香提子酥做好了,酥脆可口。
